My name is Capt. Patrick Sciacca, and in
addition to being a senior editor at Power & Motor
Yacht magazine, I've been a diehard big-game
tournament angler since I could walk. From Mexico to
Maryland, I just dig the atmosphere that a
tournament brings to the dock. It's awesome!
And so I've launched this site dedicated to you, the
big-game competitive angler. The enthusiastic and
hardcore staff at www.tournamentangler.org
want to provide you, our horizon-chasing,
fish-catching peers a community where you can share
and learn about new and exciting big-fish events and
destinations; hear from top pros about their
techniques for bagging behemoth billfish, tuna, and
other pelagics; and get up-to-date info on who's
winning what and where.
We also want to support you with the necessary tools
to give your team a tournament trip of a lifetime.
